It doesn't really matter, I'd say. It would probably be a good idea not to post the bases of icontest icons before the voting is over, though.

Icontests have nothing to do with my Gundam SEED icon project.

I was talking about this. Posting the icons as I finish them, then turning around and posting the bases.

True. It is sometimes weird to see them, though.

Waiting with the bases until everything is done seems quite long, so why not post them when you can? :)

That would warrant multiple posts in a single day, and I think that's what keeping me from going any further with this project.
